37 Hope Street, home to Liverpool Wellbeing Centre, is a large, elegant Georgian town house. Our building has been recently renovated and refurbished to an excellent high standard and its welcoming environment makes it ideal for both practitioners and businesses. At this present time, we have a range of rooms available for hourly/day/short and long-term rental.

Therapy Rooms to Rent

We have a range of various sized, beautifully presented therapy rooms ready for sessional or contractual use. We rent to a wide range of different practitioners, and are ever looking for new ones. Each therapy room has the use of a couch, consultation area and sink area.

Conference and Meeting Rooms for Rent

The Centre has various size rooms that are suitable for conferences, therapy days, workshops, teambuilding days and meetings. With our beautifully finished 626 sqft Conference Suite accommodating up to 50 people comfortably, 324 sqft Basement Studio accommodating up to 20 (both come with kitchen facilities), and smaller meeting rooms, we are sure we can fulfil your space requirements. A range of teas and coffees come as standard, and full buffet catering facilities can be provided if requested.  

Chairs, wooden writing tables, flip-charts (with paper and pens), whiteboards (with pens) are all available by request. Again, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Office Space for Rent

Being based in a Georgian town house in Liverpool City Centre, 37 Hope Street provides the ultimate combination of classical elegance and professional convenience.
