A flowing and strong Yoga class that will uplift your spirit and create energising heat in your body, promoting the elimination of any toxins and tensions. The breath is used to develop strength and flexibility.

Hatha Yoga for All—with Gail Couzens—10.30pm - 11.30pm
Suitable for all abilities from beginners to adepts and centred on giving individual help to each student during a session based on classical principles which emphasise release and gentle stretching.
Beginners’ Astanga Yoga—With Gail Couzens—6.00pm - 7.00pm
This class follows the traditional beginners sequence used to introduce people to yoga and moves slowly into Sun Salutations and standing postures with attention to alignment and deep even breathing.
Pilates— with Andrea Davies —7.00pm - 8.00pm
Pilates is an exercise system which improves bodily flexibility and strength without building bulk. Regardless of your level of fitness Pilates offers valuable body conditioning and injury prevention and can help to improve your posture and coordination while de-stressing your system.

A flowing Hatha session concentrating on energising the body and mind for the weekend! Working with Classical postures and energising breathing, it links postures together to enhance your stamina, with a nice relaxation to finish. Suitable for adepts and reasonably fit beginners.
Ballet for All—with Denise Ferry—5.00pm - 6.00pm
A very enjoyable class for anyone who wants to try Ballet or just keep their hand in.

A beginners class that will help you to throw off the stresses and strains of the week! Heidi discovered yoga as the perfect antidote for her own working life, and her weekly class will be based around a new key posture with guided relaxation to finish.
