Dynamic Hatha Yoga—with Debbie Redcliffe—6.00pm
This yoga session uses classic postures in a flowing vinyasa linking breath and movement in sequences, enhancing strength , stamina and flexibility. A focused and friendly yoga class offering plenty of fun moments.

Classical Yoga—with Cliff Bond—6.30pm
This uplifting yoga session is designed to de-toxify, re-energise and re-balance the body, while inspiring the mind. The flowing ,varied sequences are taught with humour and insight.
Ashtanga Mysore Style - with Helen Aldred - 7:30pm
A traditional Ashtanga yoga class taught in Mysore, India. Students work through as much of the sequences as is appropriate for them. Students are individually adjusted and advised by Helen, rather than the class being led as a whole. There is no need to have memorised the sequence before coming to the class, this will come with practice. All levels welcome
Beginners Classical Yoga - with Cliff Bond- 7.45pm

T’ai Chi for All- with Kam Lau - 5.30pm
Meditation on the move! - An expertly-taught, inspiring session offering training in this universal self-development technique, while providing a most enjoyable way to unwind at the end of the week.

A beginners yoga class that will help you to throw off the stresses and strains of the week! Heidi discovered yoga as the perfect antidote for her own working life, and her weekly class will be based around a new key posture with guided relaxation to finish.

Power Hour - with Jane Dowler - 11:00am
Power Yoga uses traditional Hatha yoga to build both strength and flexibility, whilst also calming and focusing your mind to help with daily life challenges. Open to all levels, this class focuses on the asana's and correct alignment.
